Uday Dayal, Administration Division

Mr. Uday Dayal assumed the post of the Director of the Division of Administration at the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) on 25 August 2022.

Mr. Dayal brings to the Provisional Technical Secretariat (PTS) extensive experience in administration management, budget and finance, enterprise resource planning systems, policy and advisory functions, and multi-lateral processes from within the United Nations and broader international organizations system, the Government of Canada, and the private sector. This has included diverse and challenging work internationally including positions in various headquarters, regional bureau, and field missions. 

Mr. Dayal is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. He also holds degrees from the University of Ottawa, and the University of Western Ontario.
